The President Is Missing confronts a threat so huge that it jeopardizes not just Pennsylvania Avenue and Wall Street, but all of America. Uncertainty and fear grip the nation. There are whispers of cyberterror and espionage and a traitor in the Cabinet. Even the President himself becomes a suspect, and then he disappears from public view . . .
Set over the course of three days, The President Is Missing sheds a stunning light upon the inner workings and vulnerabilities of our nation. Filled with information that only a former Commander-in-Chief could know, this is the most authentic, terrifying novel to come along in many years.

This is an exciting, though-provoking book! I read it in less than three days during a stressful project deadline. Why? I just couldn’t put it down! When’s the second? It’s got to be a series!
  • Great Story

I wasn't able to vote for President Clinton because I wasn't of legal age. But after reading this wonderful novel; it made me look at the President with my own opinions and not the ones that I was indoctrinated to believe of him. I'm not a democrat nor a republican so I can say that this politically action-packed story is not so partisan that one would be turned off. It's a great birthday t small intriguing insight of a glimpse of being president. I think James Paterson and President Clinton have found lighting in a bottle. I can't wait for the next one. I sure hope there will be one,.

This book has a very interesting title. My love of Patterson as well as President Clinton made me believe I would immediately be drawn into the storyline. However, I found it began slowly and included too much unneeded information which I found dry and unnecessary. I pushed forward and it eventually became exciting. I also liked the message it conveyed for us as a country to embrace changes which could help us going forward.

This was a great read!! I, too, like another reviewer read it in two setting over two days. Page turner, and inspirational. 5 stars no matter what your political affiliation!
  • An Awesome Read

This book was so much more than I expected. I wasn’t sure that two authors could meld their ideas so seamlessly. I literally could not put it down and canceled activities to read it in one day. Every element if the government, the military and the technology rang true. The plot was so compelling it would have been hard to question any of the details that made it seem valid. A superior novel.
