    As a new director in a healthcare system I was blessed to have a consultant working in my office in 2004 who told me about GTG and insisted it was the perfect book to read to build my department. Best advice given. Now my Pastor has sent a note to his Board( I'm a member) asking us to get this monologue. Just finished reading it. So here I am full circle and embarking on a quest to build the best church in the nation. If the concepts worked as well in my department almost 10 years ago i am too excited to see how we change the world. Great stuff------ G.Jones
